He has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry having most recently held the position of Chief Sales Officer at Maximizer Software. A high-tech industry expert, he is frequently quoted in a variety of trade and business publications, was included in VARBusiness magazine's list of the "Top Channel Executives in 2005" and was named to CRM magazine's list of "Who's Who in CRM."

Peter is the ever passionate founder of HuStream. Peter is a visionary in his use of process, methodology and technology to create the category of conversational video. Peter was built for the video age; he's gifted with a real skill for listening and possesses a highly empathetic management style. The fact that he is a people person shines through from the moment you meet him in the flesh or on video. He holds a BA in Communications and has over 10 years of business and teaching experience. The marriage of charismatic leadership style with his unique breadth of experience has enabled Peter to create the new discipline of conversational video. Peter does a mean "beatbox" and will grab a mic and jump on stage given half a chance. It's Peter's passion that stamps a huge dose of personality on the HuStream brand.

With over 12 years of business experience and a BA in Economics to draw on, Amy is responsible for helping define and implement operational strategies designed to meet the fiscal objectives and performance goals at HuStream. In other words, she controls the purse strings! She also has a special interest in analyzing work flow processes and has a knack for optimizing inter-departmental effectiveness. In other words, she also cracks the whip! When not micromanaging the heck out of the HuTeam, Amy is busy running around after her 3 rugrats. In other words, she ain’t sleeping much!

Sharka acts as an advisor to the executive team offering HuStream insight from her stores of knowledge based on 15+ years of corporate leadership experience. She is a well respected Executive Coach, group facilitator, teacher, and motivational speaker who has held senior positions at such world renowned companies as Pivotal Software, ATI Technologies, and Bedford Software. Sharka was selected as one of the Top 40 Under 40 business people in BC by Business in Vancouver Magazine and was selected a finalist in the 20 Most Influential Women in BC in Dec. 2000.

George is our trusty advisor when it comes to all things numbers! And with more than 18 years of experience in senior and executive financial roles, with the last 10 years spent at rapidly growing public companies in the software and wireless industries, we're sure glad to have him! He has broad expertise in international corporate finance, strategic business planning, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and operational management. He has played a leadership role in some darn successful companies too - Intrinsyc, Digital Dispatch Systems Inc., Infowave Software, Pivotal Corporation, and Deloitte & Touche - just to name a few. Lucky for us George is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba, and is a Chartered Business Valuator.

Jordy Starling applies his extensive media background and passion for visual entertainment strategy to HuStream's production process. He has an extensive background in producing, directing, editing and assistant directing for live action film as well as 3D animated feature films and video games. With his own production company, he has developed and produced hundreds of promotional and marketing materials as well as creatively managed the post production of a television series and comedy pilot. He has developed pipeline and database software for post production efficiency for Rainmaker Entertaiment (formerly Mainframe Entertainment) and is the key production process developer for Hustream. Jordy's creativity, knowledge, and ambition are the driving force behind the visual impact of HuStream's powerful product.

Having written his first computer program at the age of 7, Brent's knowledge of the internet and all things technology borders on the sublime. While his practical experience includes over 10 years of programming and server administration, it is multimedia that has always piqued his interest. Building on experience in producing independent films and short web clips his career ventured into developing interactive animations for distance education. HuStream was a natural fit for Brent as is now able to combine his immense technical know-how with his passion for multimedia to steer the course of the product. Brent is your archetypal trophy collecting gen' Y'er and plays a key role in keeping us in touch with the video generation.

Sue is using her 20 years of experience in marketing, service and product management to raise awareness of HuStream solutions in the business community. She has extensive experience with helping clients explore, understand and realize the full potential of their investments in technology. While at Siemens, she worked directly with some of the largest institutions assisting them with the implementation of leading edge technology and processes. We are confident that the combination of her experience dealing with people and positive energy will result in HuStream's unique value proposition being understood by businesses around the world. Plus, she is a super cool gal to work with!

Brock is the quintessential Business Development Rep, which means he digs meeting people and loves to chat! He brings a lot to a conversation including over 15 years experience working in high tech/software industry selling across the entire spectrum from developer tools to end user applications. In fact being with HuStream has brought him 'full-circle' in working with cloud-based technology as he was on the frontier of web conferencing and web based apps - we like to say he has in the "cloud" since the mid 90's. (He seems pretty good about it though). Brock has a proven track record with industry leader Borland in assisting customers with developing cloud-based applications. His strength is his passion to help early adopters overcome market challenges and business fears to leverage innovative new technologies. A proud father to his three kidlets, when he manages some free time he enjoys shredding on the electric guitar with his band and occasionally trying his wits at stand up comedy. And obviously testing some new material here because having 'free time' with 3 kids is clearly a joke ?!
